Several components of Nexys Video make it the most ideal development board for developing audio/Video applications. Nexys Video with Xilinx®Artix, the most powerful chip in the Artix-7 series®-7 FPGA XC7A200T. A Mini DisplayPort signal source can provide one-way, high bandwidth, and low latency audio/video channels to the development board. Designed with high bandwidth external memory, 3 high-speed digital Video ports and a 24-bit audio codec, Nexys Video provides a powerful platform for audio and Video developers. As a family member of Nexys series products, Nexys Video product design has been a bright spot with communication, users and extended peripherals common in rich industrial applications. Communication peripherals, such as on-board Ethernet, USB-UART, and high-speed USB, enable Nexys Video to be connected to larger systems. On-board user peripherals such as switches, buttons, LED lights and an OLED display screen make it easy for users to work directly on the board without adding any wiring I/O.
